MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS

Puppeteers!  No need to perform with pain!  The Alexander technique is a way of learning how you can get rid of harmful tension in your body.  It is a scientifically-proven method that provides the tools for change.  You’ll discover greater ease and coordination, develop life-long thinking strategies which will enhance your everyday movement, design a greater awareness of your relationship to the world and discard routines of habitual tension.  Participants are invited to bring a puppet, either a very familiar puppet or a new puppet giving some movement concerns (puppets will be provided if you do not have one to bring).  NOTE: Larry Hensel is available on a limited basis for private instruction Monday and Tuesday during the day—contact education@puppet.org to schedule!
