Please read these tips carefully, as they include important information on how to make a group reservation and points to keep in mind when calling to reserve tickets.
Call the Ticket Sales Office to schedule your group as soon as possible, as many of our events sell out quickly. Please be prepared with which activity you want to book, date and time you wish to attend, as well as the number of seats needed. Please note that our theater and classroom sizes vary; we can easily accommodate large groups but may have to break them into smaller segments. Remember that all patrons who enter the premises, including chaperones and bus drivers, must have a ticket.
The Ticket Sales Office is open seven days a week to facilitate your order.
We will do our best to customize your trip to suit your needs. Please note that event times are subject to change; please check puppet.org for exact times on the preferred date of your visit.

After you have scheduled your date, you will receive a Confirmation that you must sign and send to the Ticket Sales Office. If you do not receive the Confirmation within 2 business days, please call the Ticket Sales Office at 404-873-3391.
Your Confirmation will include a Payment Due Date. Group payment is due approximately 4 weeks prior to your event date. The Ticket Sales Office reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you do not respond to calls concerning a late payment or have not made a payment agreement.
Please have the group leader check in at the Ticket Sales Office on the day of your visit. The group leader is required to give an accurate count of the number of children and adults attending. The number of seats purchased, including any complimentary seats, will be verified at the Ticket Sales Office. If there is an overage, the Ticket Sales Office will check for availability to see if we can sell you additional seats. Many days sell out, so it is suggested that you check with the Ticket Sales Office for availability of additional seats before the day of your trip. Group tickets are not refundable. Rainchecks will be issued for tickets not used on the day of your visit. All activities, dates, and times subject to change.
